Currently reading this book, an interesting insight on state capitalism and free market.
On Malaysia, obviously we have states capitalism in place since our independence. In general, most emerging market employs the same strategy towards becoming developed market. But the best point of this book has to be that, state capitalism is employed by political party to remain in power and relevant politically. Political Figures use Capitalism as a Tool to become even stronger in political arena. Sounds really familiar....
